Kathy has an advanced skill set when it comes to injury treatment, spending most of her career in a chiropractic setting. She also holds a degree in Surgical Technology, which gives her unique insight into how the body heals from the inside out!
Kathy has taken many advanced courses through the years and confidently practices intra-oral work, cupping, pregnancy massage, deep tissue -and of course, fantastically relaxing Swedish massage!

Lisa is a graduate of Bodymechanics School of Myotherapy and Massage, has earned a Bachelor’s of Art from Huntingdon University in Montgomery, Alabama, and a Masters of Management from the University of Phoenix. Her training at Bodymechanics School of Myotherapy and Massage has prepared her to help people relieve the pain of injuries, stress, car accidents, body discomfort, and maintain great bodily health. Lisa practices sports massage, trigger point, deep tissue, and Swedish massage. She is also trained in injury treatment therapies that address such conditions as thoracic outlet syndrome, carpal tunnel syndrome, frozen shoulder, tennis elbow/golfers elbow, low back pain, and hip, knee, and foot pain. Lisa makes every effort to educate her clients about the benefits of massage therapy and how to continue to help themselves after their massage therapy session. Lisa is also involved in helping train the next generation of massage therapists and has taught injury treatment at a local massage school. Lisa herself has taken many hours of continuing education in taping, cupping and facia massage modalities.
Cammille Goodale LMT

In addition to being a Licensed Massage Therapist, Camille is also a knowledgeable Yoga Instructor and Personal Trainer. Her massage therapy work is highlighted by the knowledge she has for connection and movement in the body. She is able to utilize passive and assisted movement techniques during her treatments to reach those muscles! Camille is RockTape Certified for Taping and IASTM tool work. Being athletic herself, she's able to relate to the specific needs of our athlete population.
Camille is also currently persuing her BS at Evergreen State College in Olympia!
Amy Murry LMT

Amy is entering her 22nd year as a massage therapist and she's aquired many "tools" in her bag over the years.
Currently working daily in the clinic from 8 am-3 pm M-F
Amy also travels frequently with sports teams and typically is out on a trip once a month.
1996 Graduate of AVEDA Institute Massage Therapy and Day Spa and Massage Therapy program in Minneapolis, MN and a 1997 Graduate of Alexandar School of Natural Therapeutics of Tacoma, WA. In December 2012 she completed her year long training with The Institute for Integrative Nutrition and joined the American Association for Drugless Practitioners as a Certified Health Coach. Over the past 22 years she's furthered her education in Aromatherapy, Reflexology, Nutrition, Structural Integration, Myofacial Release, Injury Treatment, Sports Massage, Infant and Prenatal Massage.
Certified Massage Therapist with Associated Bodywork and Massage Professionals and a Professional Member of American Massage Therapy Associates.
Additionally, a Member of USA Swimming Sports Science and Medicine Team, meeting annually for continuing swimming specific sports medicine education and networking. A member of the award winning AMTA Washington Sports Massage Team. She was accepted into The United States Olympic Committee Sports Medicine Volunteer Program and completed her initial rotation at The Colorado Springs Olympic Training Center in September 2013 and additional rotation in January 2016.
She's had the honor of working with a wide range of athletes at the recreational, collegiate and olympic levels. She travels nationally and internationally with USA World Teams frequently throughout the year, mostly working with USA Wrestling, USA Swimming and USA Triathlon.
2016 was a very special year! Not only her 20th year, she attended the summer XXXI Olympiad Games providing medical care for our Team USA athletes in Rio de Janeiro, Brazil with the USOC.
She was recently honored to be chosen to support Team USA again being named to the upcoming 2018 Paralympics Medical Staff in PyeongChang, South Korea.
Clearly, sports and fitness have a strong presence in her life. She grew up competitively swimming club, cycling recreationally and continues to challenge her fitness in a variety of activities from sprint triathlons, half marathons, century bike rides and many days hiking with her dogs. She's also the parent of 3 very active (now older) sports kids. She's coached all levels of swimmers since 1999 and is a Coach Member of USA Swimming as well as an American Swimming Coaches Association Certified Coach.
She's also proudly team captained many years of Bike MS, a benefit for The National Multiple Sclerosis Society, and participates in several charity athletic events annually.
