Our appointments are open three months in advance. Clicking our booking link will show you the appointment openings for the upcoming schedule.
If you are a new client, have had a change in health, or haven’t filled out an intake recently please fill out a new intake form online before your next appointment.
The system will hold a credit card, it will be charged if you no-show or cancel within 24 hours of your scheduled appointment.
If you like to tip, cash is best.
When you arrive for your appointment have a seat in the entryway. We will let you know when it is time to come in.
Please let your provider know if you prefer they wear a mask.
We are not billing any health insurance at this time. We can provide you with a receipt to seek reimbursement on your own.
