Our Wellness Massage is designed to support nervous system regulation, tissue hydration, circulation, and overall sense of ease. This is care for people whose bodies carry ongoing stress, responsibility, and sensory load — even when there isn’t a specific injury to address.
Sessions are unhurried and intentional. Pressure is adjusted to support relaxation without dissociation, and the work is guided by how the body responds in real time.
